North Star Pet Resort opened its doors in June 2017. We are Palmer’s leading provider of dog, cat and exotic boarding, dog daycare, and grooming. We have an extraordinary facility that is impeccably clean, combined with an outstanding, friendly staff. This allows us to deliver exceptional care time after time for both you and your pets.

We require all pets be up to date on vaccines prior to entering our facility. This is for your pet’s safety as well as the safety of the other pets in our care.

Our off-leash playgroups are focused on fun and the well-being of your dog. Providing a safe, positive social play experience for your pet is our priority. We are committed to understanding group dog behavior and educating all our staff on safe and humane management techniques. Your dog will love playing with dog buddies of similar size and play style. During play your dog benefits physically from exercise and mentally from obedience games.
