Our full-service animal hospital is located in downtown Palmer, Alaska, and is proud to provide compassionate, friendly and personalized care to pet owners from all over the Matanuska-Susitna Valley. Our newly opened Pet Resort is located just over a mile from North Star Animal Hospital, and offers boarding services for many types of pets, as well as the added opportunity for dogs to experience safe, off-leash playtime together with other approved dogs.

Our approach to veterinary care is both inclusive and tailored to each patient’s specific needs. We offer our services to a wide variety of animals-not limited to cats and dogs, but including alternative pets and exotics such as rabbits, birds, ferrets, guinea pigs, hamsters, gerbils, rats, pigs, goats and sheep.
